Export the chat again with Without media and upload the .zip or .txt file. The upload step has a tutorial for iPhone and Android.

My report is taking long
Most reports are ready in a few minutes. We email you when it's done. If it's been over 30 minutes, write to us.

Delete my data
Delete any report from your account page. That removes the chat and every report made from it.

Payments and refunds
If a paid report fails to generate or your payment looks incorrect, email us with your order number and report link so we can restore access or review a refund.
