Cancellation policy

No recurring subscription

Report unlocks and follow-up reports are separate one-time purchases. There is no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.

Before payment

You can leave checkout before submitting payment. If you already submitted a payment, check your receipt and report status before trying again to avoid a duplicate charge.

After payment

Digital access may be supplied as soon as payment is confirmed. To request cancellation after payment, email refund@whatbuntythinks.com with your order number. Requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Digital content and withdrawal rights

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on your location and the circumstances of your purchase. Where consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of a loss of withdrawal rights are required, these must be obtained at checkout. This page alone does not waive those rights.

Stop using the service

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting a report does not submit a refund request. Visit Your reports to manage reports, or contact support for help.
